Every package includes Microsoft updates & patch management, training & enablement, defined service hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 CET) plus SLA response/resolution targets. The difference lies in scope and ownership – e.g. AL development hours, custom features, code ownership and support tier. See each package for details.
Service hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 CET Response/resolution: P1 (critical): response 4h, resolution 1 business day P2 (high): response 8h, resolution 2 business days P3 (normal): response 1 business day, resolution 5 business days Exact targets are confirmed in the service agreement.
We guarantee 99.5% availability per month, measured during service hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 CET). Planned maintenance windows and external dependencies are defined in the agreement. You receive transparent reports about the actual availability.
Yes, package upgrades are possible at any time. Add-ons can be activated or paused according to the agreed rules. Bundle savings apply automatically: 2 add-ons = 4%, 3 add-ons = 8%, 4 add-ons = 12% discount.
No, Microsoft licenses beyond the Business Central base license are not included. Hardware, third-party integrations outside of scope and emergency support outside SLA hours are also excluded (available with surcharge).
Pricing applies per productive tenant. One test/sandbox environment is included. Each additional productive tenant adds +30% to the chosen package. Priorities across multi-tenant setups are aligned in a separate agreement.
After 24 months you can: - extend the managed engagement - move into another service model - keep full code ownership via the Git repository (for CODE) We review the best option with you well ahead of time.
